Easter 2011 Thursday night 21st till Tuesday 26th April

I am running a trip for Easter 2011, leaving Thursday night, camping somewhere past Bairnsdale, and touring thru the Alpine national Park, taking in Davies plain, Davies Plain Hut, and Tom Groggin station, and huts in the area,  then working back towards Mayford for a couple of relaxing nights in the valley, next to the river.  The first few days we will cover approx  200kms in the bush, fuel and food top up will be available at Omeo on Saturday or Sunday.   The trip is open to all financial club members and visitors. Visitor forms and insurance fees will be collected before departure.  The normal requirements apply, tow points, front and rear, first aid kit, recovery gear, food and water etc. You can express your interest here, or a sign up sheet will be available at the next couple of general meetings.  We have not limited the numbers yet, will see what interest is about.
A reminder that cats, dogs and firearms are banned from National Parks.
